The ATP section available to our training partners has been updated with a student listing, so that you are able to easily view student IDs, names and contact email addresses. This will assist in having the ATP ensure that student numbers are communicated to students in remote locations, as well as being able to send students their passwords when required.

Please  also make sure you inform the ALA when student email addresses are updated so that we can ensure communication to students is accurate and fast.

For our Approved Training Providers, we have launched an ATP Section that allows you to receive:

• Results
• Materials
• Assignments
• Forms
• Invoices
• Other links and information

A link, username and email address is sent directly to those requiring access. Please feedback to us should you need a password, or you feel there is additional information which needs to be provided in this section.

For users that cannot remember their password on the old system, they will be able to look it up using the Request Your Password Page.

The passwords in the old and new Learning Room environments are identical.

If ATPs know the student numbers of their students, they can also use this to send students emails which contain the username and password information.

Our old Learning-Room environment has been retired and the new one activated.

The results transcript pages are currently being migrated to the new platform. We expect this to take 48 hours as they need to be tested and tweaked to ensure that they are reporting on results correctly.

Please note that all previous results are stored and have not been lost.

If you need results urgently, please email info@aust-logistics.com with ‘TRANSCRIPT REQUEST’ in the subject line and we will arrange for a copy to be emailed to you. This is an interim measure that will only be available to students and in effect from Monday 28th January to Tuesday 29th January, 2008.

We apologise for the inconvenience, however we hope this upgrade will serve students and ATPs better.

Due to some issues with our previous email list service, we are currently migrating the mailing of Daily Quiz Questions to Google Groups. It may take a few days for your registration on the respective groups to be finalised, however the updated service should be complete by Friday 18 Jan, 2008.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter, and we hope this will lead to better reliability in terms of message delivery and user experience.
