FAQ: Where do I find my username and password?
- The website address is http://www.learning-room.info
- To access Learning Room, student require a Username and Password.
- Your Username is the Student Number provided by the ALA.
- Your password is emailed to your registered email address
If you have not received it, please check spam folders in your e-mail account before contacting ALA. - To resend your password to your email account, go to the Request Learning Room Password page.
You will receive an email that looks like the one below. Please check at the foot of the email for your username and password. - If you have not received a password, please contact info@aust-logistics.com and include the following:
- Student number
- Date of birth
- Full name
- Email address
